Unibooking is a B2B system for tourism professionals only which has large selections of Hotels, Charm Hotels, Holiday Villages, popular and FIT Sightseeing, Transfers, FIT Mini Packages & SIC Coach tours, Cruises, Rent a Car and A la Carte trips. These can be found under their respective SEARCH task bar. Tourism professionals only can become members.

It is not necessary to install or purchase any special software to run Unibooking.Com. Your company will have to make an online request by filling in the subscription form. We will send you the contract and at the time the signed contract is returned to us you become a full member. Your company logo can also be put on the Unibooking system.

Once you are a Unibooking.com member, you can open this system to all retailers by providing them a username and password. The number of users is not limited. However, for your own security, each user must have a separate username and password.

English, French, German and Dutch are the languages used for the services. You will be able to choose a language while searching for a product. When you become a member of Unibooking.com, we will ask you which type of currency you want to use and after that you will be only allowed to use the currency you have chosen.

You can add the commission percentage and control sales and payments for your client through the Unibooking system. Prices displayed on the website are net prices. A commission is not deductible from these prices.

If the reservation request is taken from allotment, it will be confirmed instantly with an immediate status change. Otherwise, you will receive an answer within 12 hours. If Unibooking.com cannot satisfy your client's request, we will suggest an equivalent product. An email will be generated and sent to the User's email box whenever there is a status change to your booking.

When you make an accommodation search, the price is based on per room per night. Upon completion of booking, the total price is on total stay. The total price displayed at the end of my PACKAGE booking is based on per room per night. Once your booking is confirmed, you can print vouchers for your client. You can also print your invoices and follow your account on the system.

The Unibooking.com system is secure. However, to make money transfers, you will have to use a virtual banking system included in our website. The maximum number of rooms you can make to a booking is 5.

The prices displayed on the website are net prices. A commission is not deductible from these prices. The full payment is required for any booking. After confirmation, you will be given an option date. Until this date, you will have to make 30% of payment for final confirmation. If payment has not been made until this date, your booking reservation will be cancelled. The balance will have to be paid 7 days prior to commencement of services.

The rates are quoted in US Dollars and in EURO. When you become a member of Unibooking.com, we will ask you which type of currency you want to use and after that you will be only allowed to use the currency you have chosen. You can either pay at the end of each booking, or you can make pre-payment to get a credit. We will invoice you the total amount including VAT tax in effect at present. We are not responsible for additional credit card fees or discrepancies assessed by you or your client's local bank.

Unibooking.com answers for the quality of services as mentioned in the website and the good course of your trip, but assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay that may be caused by events not within our control (fortuitous cases and force majeure), including without limitation, natural disasters, epidemics, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, the defect of any vehicle, the negligence or default of any third party.

Special Terms and Conditions will be issued at the time of booking based on different services to be rendered. However full balances are required 1 month prior to commencement of services. Terms of cancellation will be advised at the time of signature of the contract.

Up to 3 days prior to commencement of services there is no cancellation fee. Within 3 days prior to commencement of services there is a 30% penalty. In case of cancellation after the day of arrival, 100% will be charged. In case of cancellation the difference or the total amount of your payment will be refunded immediately.

A voucher covering the services you have purchased for your client could & should be printed by you via our system and delivered to the clients. Further travel documents (domestic flight ticket, brochures, maps etc…) will be presented upon your client's arrival in Turkey.

During the national and local holidays, certain periods of conventions, congresses and other unforeseen events, we may have to make last minute changes (subsequent to issuance of final itinerary) in the sequence of your client's tour. Tours that operate during holiday periods may necessitate changes in hotels and sightseeing. As museums schedules change, other visits may be substituted on days museums are closed.

The airlines concerned and their agents and employees are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyances. The airline passenger tickets when issued shall be the sole contracts between airline and passenger/ buyer of these tickets.

As our accident insurance policy concerns the limits of risk only according to the Turkeys' norms, health, accident, luggage and trip-interruption insurance are strongly recommended.
